IMPORTANT: All Egyptian and Sudanese citizens require a visa under all categorias. Electronic Travel Authorization (AVE) is not applicable. APPLICATION PROCESS

 

VISA APPLICATIONS ARE PERSONAL

THE APPLICANT MUST CONTACT THE CONSULAR OFFICE DIRECTLY AND THROUGH EMAIL EXCLUSIVELY

1º: Please Check the main VISA menu for the requirements of each type of visa. Identify the visa you need depending on the purpose of your trip.

2º: Download the Application Form attached at the end of this page. Please fill (computer typed) every field and don´t forget to write down your email, since we will contact you there along the process. 

3º: Gather all the documents required IN ORIGINAL.

4º: Submission: once your documents are ready, please send us an email to consular_eegip@mrecic.gov.ar, between 6 AND 8 weeks before the expected date of travel. The documents will be verified and an appointment will be scheduled. 

5º: On the day of the appointment, the original documents must be submitted and you will receive a deposit slip to pay the consular fee. The consular interview will take place on the same day. Personal interviews are mandatory and you must bring your current and previous passports.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Payments must be made when advised by the consular office. Please, do not make bank transfers. 
• Applying for a visa does not guarantee its approval. The visa fee is non refundable.
• Applications will expire 90 days after payment.
• We strongly suggest not issuing any ticket before obtaining the visa.
• All documents in other languages must be translated into Spanish.
• Official documents must be legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
• In case an invitation is required for the chosen visa category, the person/company inviting you should follow the instructions provided in the corresponding visa requirements section.
